1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and playing on the Dusitchintana Minecraft server, you agree to comply with these terms and our community rules.

2. Community Conduct

We maintain a creative and collaborative environment. Griefing, theft, harassment, and any form of malicious behavior are strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

While you retain the creative rights to your builds, by building on Dusitchintana, you grant the community the right to display and showcase your work on our official platforms.

4. Staff Authority

Staff members have the final say in all disputes. We reserve the right to remove access to the server (unwhitelist) if community rules are violated.

5. Service Availability

Dusitchintana is a student-run volunteer project. We provide the service as-is and do not guarantee 100% uptime.
