By accessing the Dusitchintana website, Discord community, or Minecraft server, you agree to follow these terms, staff instructions, and community rules.
Server access may require a whitelist, Discord membership, application review, account verification, or role assignment. Access is not guaranteed and may be changed or removed if the rules are violated or if a security concern is found.
Dusitchintana is a creative and collaborative build server. Griefing, theft, harassment, hate speech, impersonation, cheating, malicious automation, exploit abuse, and attempts to bypass access control are prohibited.
Special roles such as Visitor, Builder, Moderator, or Admin may have different permissions. These permissions are granted for community operation and may be reviewed, limited, or removed by staff when needed.
You retain creative credit for your own builds. By building on Dusitchintana, you allow the community to display, document, preserve, and showcase your work on official platforms such as the website, Discord, screenshots, videos, or server history pages.
Staff may investigate logs, review applications, remove access, rollback damage, or take protective action to keep the server safe. Staff decisions should be based on server rules, available evidence, and community safety.
Dusitchintana is a student-run volunteer project. The website, Discord integrations, whitelist system, and Minecraft server are provided as-is. We do not guarantee continuous uptime, compatibility, or permanent availability.
We may update these terms when the community process, server systems, website, or safety requirements change. Continued use of the community or server after updates means you accept the revised terms.
