1. Information We Collect

Dusitchintana collects only the information needed to operate the Minecraft server, Discord community, whitelist process, and safety systems.

This may include your Minecraft username, Minecraft UUID, Discord account identifier, Discord username, whitelist or builder application answers, application status, language preference, role status, moderation notes, and server access records.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to identify players, process whitelist or builder access, sync Discord and Minecraft roles, protect the server from abuse, review applications, resolve disputes, and maintain community safety.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share application data with third parties for advertising or marketing.

3. Discord and Platform Data

Some interactions happen through Discord. Discord account data and messages handled by Discord are also subject to Discord's own policies. Dusitchintana only uses Discord-related data for community operations, access control, and moderation.

4. Data Storage and Access

Whitelist and application data is stored in private server-side systems. Access is limited to authorized staff or systems that need the data for operations, review, moderation, or security.

Public website JavaScript must not expose private databases, secrets, internal IP addresses, API keys, tokens, or admin-only information.

5. Logs and Security Events

Server logs, security alerts, and moderation logs may include player names, UUIDs, Discord identifiers, timestamps, actions, connection results, or staff decisions. These records are used to protect the server and investigate abuse or technical issues.

6. Data Removal Requests

You may request removal of your whitelist or application data by contacting Dusitchintana staff through Discord. Some security, moderation, or audit records may be retained when needed to protect the community, enforce rules, or maintain operational integrity.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the server process, Discord integration, website, or backend systems change. The updated date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.

8. Gallery Editing

Gallery editors sign in through Discord. We use their account identifier and membership role in our Discord server to verify editing permission. Essential secure cookies maintain the login session; access tokens remain in server memory and are not published. Sessions expire within eight hours or when the gallery service restarts.

Uploads are converted to compressed WebP images and thumbnails. Source EXIF metadata, including location information, is removed; original image files are not retained by the Gallery service. Please keep your own originals. Draft previews are private to the uploader. Published images, descriptions and optional creator credits are public; the uploader's Discord identifier is not automatically shown as public credit.

Upload and editing history records the editor's Discord identifier, action, time and metadata changes for operational recovery and security. You may withdraw your own published images and delete drafts or withdrawn images. Withdrawal blocks new public requests to the gallery image links, but cannot erase copies already downloaded by visitors. Private backups and audit records may retain earlier information; contact staff through Discord for removal requests.
